I would like size USA 8 or UK 7.5 in exchange though. This is not possible online and is not as convenient an an amazon.in. Size exchange is not simultaneous with return.

my parcel was delayed a lot
i did shopping of hiking wear which i was suppose to carry along to my trip, the goods arrived at your ahmedabad store after delay of 10 days. there was no communications from your side for same, neither tracking of goods was available

We are terribly sorry for unpleasant experience that you have had with regard to the delivery. The order that you had placed was a Click and Collect Order which means you place the order online and collect from the Store. These order placed have a lead time since the goods are dispatched from our warehouse located in Bangalore. For Ahmedabad the time taken is 7-8 days.
While we do not want any of our customers to go through this experience, the least we can assure is the communication from our end. I am sorry this did not happen as well for which we can take necessary steps to better this.

Instead of refunds of cash on return, since exchange facility is not available you could provide with a wallet which could be used in the next purchase.

The package delivered was in a broken condition and all goods were coming out of it.Due to the poor packing all good s received are in bad condition and soiled,though they match the description given.Not expected out of such a reputed brand
