Specially useful for Adventure feel to get joy from boring routine trip, easy n compact to carry in car
Feel of Drive excellent
Just price little high but it's reward more than p
everything is good
It is an excellent fun product. But using it to commute in Bangalore is not practical. It is great as long as the roads are smooth without potholes and debris/stones. But that is not the case in Bangalore.
I had considered this product to commute from my house to the metro. But the if the roads are not smooth, it cannot be used. Also, with the shock-absorbers, the ground clearance is reduced. Hence, the underbody scrapes when you have to pass a small hump or pothole.
The brakes are by pressing the cover over the rear wheel. It would have been great if there were brakes levers on the handlebar. Guess that would have brought up the cost.
Recommended as a fund product, not for everyday commute.
Smooth, Easy to fold and carry
No brake on handlebar, Underbody scrapes easily
great scooter. bought one each for my two sons, but i like to use them too. great for scootering along the prom at the seaside.
Very good quality, sturdy build and nice welding, smooth ride on pavement so i guess the suspension is doing its job. A bit squeaky when passing bumps but i suspect its just the suspension working.
One major shortcoming: no stand to keep the scooter upright! So u always needa find somtething to lean against when u make a brief stop and it can get quite a bit annoying.
I would have given 5 stars if it came with a stand.
Good quality, low price
No stand :(
This will not be used until Christmas but on inspection it looks a really well made piece of equipment which will provide a lot of enjoyment to my daughter.
Cut my travel time to Uni from 30 to 15 mins. I will recommend this product to everyone.
The suspension is good.
When you fold it, you can't really carry it around
I bought my scooter almost a week ago and I am loving it! I intended that it would just make my lunch time trips down the town easier but I love it so much I am using it every chance I get!
I have wanted to take up some exercise for a while now and I think this is better than running and much more fun. Not sure how things will go in the winter but time will tell.
I originally wanted the Town 9 EF model but it was not available. On looking closer that model does not have the same suspension and the Town 7 is still quick to fold once you get the knack. The scooter feels quite robust and steady and you can feel the suspension absorbing the worst of the bumps. The deck is a good size for my size 6 feet and I can get both on but my husband with size 11s can only use 1 at a time. I am happy using the rear brake but less confident riders may prefer the second brake on the Town 9.
On the minus side I find it too heavy to carry very far but this is not an issue for my use. I find the handlebar grips get a bit sticky but I am going to buy some cycling gloves.
I have gone about 2K so far and it is supposed to be good up to 5K, I need to build up to that.
In summary, a fun scooter at a reasonable price, can't wait to race the grandchildren.
The staff in the Lakeside store were incredibly helpful and encouraging.
The suspension helps to iron out the bumps
A bit on the heavy side to carry any distance
Have used the scooter with my son to school everyday instead of using the car and I love it. Love the fact I can easily in one click fold up and carry when appropriate.
Large wheels make it very comfortable
