Ya, so i have installed it a week or two ago in my montra helicon 27.5 wheel. But quite shock that the company claims it to be used in 20-26 size wheels. It's working good till date no punture till date rod around 400kms on it. But i think it's width should be increased as mtb has brooder tires. I recommend it to my co-cyclists. Always love the atmosphere provided by decathlon family. Hope to get attached and be a part of the decathlon family soon.
Although it says on the box 26inch each strip was long enough for my rock rider with 27.5 inch wheels so that was good. After a bad run of luck with punctures 3 in 100 miles I had to go something and I can't see how putting a plastic barrier between your inner tube and tyre can fail to help. Although a bit tricky to keep I place while fitting I was achievable without any tape or adhesive. Did a 50 miler today and all good, obviously that could be down to luck but with regards to it making any difference to the riding of the bike or causing any issues with the tyre, all good. I recently helped a neighbour use another product which is a liquid you put in the tyre (not inner tube) and it made a right mess so glad I picked this product. Better to pick something that reduces punctures rather than seals small holes once you have one. Prevention is better than cure, and this is a no brainer.
I brought 2 packs of these anti punture strips from decathlon Wednesbury store in UK .
i put one strip on each wheel as a main protection cover and underneath them i put kevlar protection as well and i only when cycling 2 times since doing this and the 2nd time i got a punture so for the money i wouldn't really recommend it and i followed the video shown on the decathlon website for this product
Thank you for sharing your experience if this product with us. Punctures are so hard to predict and it's very hard to prevent every puncture as so many variables are at play. A combination of good tyre choice, correct tyre pressure (for the rider weight and road conditions), position on the road and a self sealing innertube tends to yield the best results but not perfect results. Strips are fine but there are other more cost effective methods of preventing punctures.
If you're not happy with the strips, please feel free to return them to us.

fitting was a little bit of a pain and used industrial double sided tape to hold it in place, went for a ride in my local country park and got a puncture. once i removed the tyres noticed the tyre guard had moved to the side wall,so it obviously didn't hold in place and became pointless.
great idea if it works!!!!
I'm sorry to read that the strip moved. Watching the film, it does not seem than industrial tape is used to hold it in place. Can you tell me if you watched it and if so, which issues did you encounter? I will then forward your response to b'Twin.
Here is the link to the product page with the film. Select the first image and the video will load: https://www.decathlon.co.uk/anti-puncture-strips-mountain-bike-id_8299221.html
I look forward to hearing from you. In the meantime, if you are not happy with the item, please return it to us for a refund.

Excellent product which will minimise your chances of a puncture
The product quality
Price is on the higher side
Please make the slime liquid available. I have heard it works well for 2 to 3 months and doesnt make the ride heavier
so far so good
After enduring punctures from thorns and small bits of Flint I looked at winter tyres and thought, expensive.
I installed these strips relatively easily and I haven't had a puncture yet.
Slightly harder feel to the wheels but they work ok, so I'm happy and its relatively cheap.
I recently got a puncture on my road bike which slashed my road tyres and when shopping for new tyres I saw this product on the shelf. Im a commuter and thought it would save me some bike maintenance if i had these in my tyres.
How wrong I was.
I fitted them correctly with no overlap or gap and after no more than 5 days (40 miles) the inner tube received a puncture from the ends pinching the top of the innertube. After taking them out in frustration I then noticed how better the ride was. Without the strips its a lot more smoother and comfortable ride. With them in the bike feels very solid, heavy and is in all alot more effort to pedal.
I normally love BTWIN products but don't buy this you'll be wasting time and money.
Pinches inner tubes, uncomfortable ride
I will forward your experience on to the product manger at b'Twin.
I have had previously received similar feedback from a couple of customers. I can understand why the product would make the ride a little harder but why it creates additional punctures sound somewhat self defeating.
I had a quick read of the french website and they mention the use of an adhesive to join the two ends once cut.
I will await the product manager's reply.

Avoid avoid avoid !!! Go for slime tubes instead
There are none
The overlap pinches the tubes
I'm sorry to read that the b'Twin anti puncture trips have not worked as expected.
As long as the strips are cut to the correct length and there is no overlap, you should not encounter any issues. It may be worth checking this.
The product managers at b'Twin will pick up on this review and will check the product.
If you want to return the product to store for a refund, please don't hesitate. Even without your receipt, it would not not be a problem.
