The rucksack is great. I really needed one for my travels. Comfortable to carry too. I just wish there was an extra small compartment in the front to accommodate things like earphones, chargers, etc.
The circumference gets smaller towards the bottom of the bag, making it difficult for the bag to stand with a smaller base.
Also the bag has 2 sections divided horizontally by a flab in between. While the smaller section of the bag is located towards the bottom of the bag. The flab will tear off with continuous loading by the heavier section.
The rest of the design is good.
It's been 1 year and I am enjoying alot specially in my Manali trip
Nice capacity and easy to carry ..
Awesome backpack. I just love it. Quality is superfine.
This is a wonderful product. Nice cushioning and back support. Also you don't feel the weight on your shoulders with the adjustable back support.
I had to walk a lot carrying this filled full for several miles at a stretch .
The bag is very spacious. I recently used it for my 3 weeks long Europe trip. It is a little on the expensive side but after using it I consider it's worth for it.
I have accomplished eleven days of Himalaya trekking by using the product of Decathlon. There is always scope for improvement. My good wish for Decathlon for continuing with improved products and service towards sports in India.
Its really a nice product which i have used roughly through all journey i have made . But the shoulder support really hurts my shoulder if i keep wearing it for a longer duration. Also, in the new bag that are recently in the store, I have noticed that the back support with an aluminium rod is only one, instead of two which i bought earlier and the material used to make the backpack is thinner then before. So i think the quality of the product has a bit degrading. I hope we can do a bit better as this bag is really awesome.Quality
Over all experience was vey good. But the backpaxk itself is heavy that my luggage weight got rejcted thrice during Himalayan Trek.
I had taken veey few and essential things while weight check, butvit got rejected again and again.
When i was successful to convince the team leader that whatever the exess weight is a bagpack weight, he allowed me to carry that over weight.
Though i didn't have a problem at all as the backpack was perfectly fit on my back. I was managed to carry on my own for 15 days in a snow.
But if the emtpy backpack weight can be reduced, it will be easier to carry more easy to others.
Otherwise the size is pretty good, even if you over pack few things, it manages to take load.
IT LOOKS LIKE THERE IS A COMPARTMENT FOR THE HYDRA PACK, but at the same time the rod which supports your back is also in the same compartment.
I STRONGLY FEEL THAT IF THIS IS THE SAME COMPARTMENT TO KEEP HYDRA PACK, IT MAY LEAD TO DAMAGE OR PIERCE OR TEAR YOUR HYDRA by the rod. (So i didnt use this to keep my hydra inside it and take risk).
I SUGGEST, that you should make a Separate compartment (or cover the rod with some additional layer of same cloth material) at the back (inside) like forclaz 30 and 40. It will be much easier to carry and separate from other things which may lead to pierce or damage by any other object(s).
1. Waterproofing is excellent
2. Volume is good for a winter trek, I can fit my jacket and clothes comfortably. Sleeping bag too if you use a compression sack.
3. The bag is slightly big I'll say for a female solo trekker, and the back support can be improved as it tends to sway side to side a bit while I'm decending at a speed.
4. The hip support is well padded and the pocket is very useful, though it fits a little loose if I'm not wearing my jacket (I27" waist).
