I am getting exact weight reading
A simple and effective set of scales suitable for all in a family. The ability to take the weight of up to 150kg (approx 23 stone) is really good. The digital display is clear, the transfer between Stone and Kilograms (imperial and metric) is via a switch of a bottom of the scales. They are lightweight and durable. Easy to clean and modern in their look. It comes with a battery and with it being a CR2032 should it need replacing in the future they are easy to purchase.
I bought this scale about a year ago. It still works, but one time you use it, it randomly gains 3% or loses 3% of reading, meaning it's hopeless. There is nothing so much wrong with being inaccurate, so long as there is consistency, but this doesn't have consistency. Tried changing batteries, cleaning the feet and using on solid even tile flooring, but no help.
First, thank for you buy this Scale, and we feel apology
Normally when customer found there is a problem of inaccurate, it's because the floor are not soild enough.
But if you already take this solution, I am really sorry for this.
You may go to any Decathlon store to return this product, and I will report this problem to Engineer team for them to analysis.

This is not showing proper weight with in 14 days span from purchase date. the numbers keep on fluctuating and no weight shown on the screen after it stops fluctuating. going to return and replace this in the store.
I'm sorry that you have had problems with the weight being shown on your Geonaute 100 Scale.
The advice I had from the product manager is to give the scale some time from when you are ready to weigh yourself so it is able to reset correctly to zero - it can take up to 10 seconds.
You are more than welcome to return the scale if you are not completely satisfied with it.
