Very easy to use, fits on all vehicles.
It's sturdy. It's too difficult to hold three cycles.

Hope above solutions are helpful. Thank You.
i bought this for a tour on my Innova Crysta MPV. I had to return the stuff due to a couple of issues which i faced;
1. The side straps couldn't be fit on to the metal part of the rear door.
2. This is practically a two-bike carrier and three bikes really cant be mounted and driven any distance
3. Two of my Trek MTBs could not even be mounted on the carrier as the distance between the two hang-rods is wider than what can accommodate a medium sized MTB. It should have been narrower.
4. Better get the thing fitted at the store and measure it for your particular bike mounts before buying this one.
easy , light and was very instagram-worthy looking. all in all did its job and was perfect in doing its job and more.
Decathlon Customer Care, after about 1.5 years of buying this rack and using it almost on 10-12 occasions, the rubber sleeves have torn (the rubber parts that act as cushion between hooks and car boot). 4 out of 6 rubber parts are in 2 parts. Surprisingly there is no spare available at Decathlon too. How can you do that? It is an expensive product and for a CRUCIAL rubber part,I cannot change the whole rack. Can someone give me a solution please?
Otherwise, it is a sturdy rack and you can clip on your bikes (I have tried it with 2 bikes personally) quite confidently. Doesn't budge at all even on Mumbai's bumpy and terrible roads. Please be cautious about the rubber sleeves though.
It is good solid easy to put one (take about 20min). My bike is voodoo minestor it struggle to fit it between the bars. With little bit wigglyng it fit but touch up the car . It is not working for heavy bikes. My is about 15kg.
Thank you for your comments regarding this rack. With modern MTB's with bars in excess of 720mm width, it is commonly advised that you turn them 90 degrees (using an allen key) so that they are parallel with your bike, this avoids any contact between the car and the bike. Particularly important with boot mounted racks. As a secondary note, the blue clamps on the rack can be adjusted and rotated to get the best fit for your bike. For example you can clamp it on your seat tube and the other under the downtube. Many possibilities.
If after all of the above you are not satisfied with your rack, please feel free to return it to us for an exchange with your receipt.

I was told that by Decathlon service team at store that this could not fit on Sedans like Volkswagen Vento in India and in case if I try using it also I will every time need to remove front wheel of riverside 500. Can you please confirm if it's compatible with Volkswagen Vento sedan without need of removal of front wheel. Do I need additional bar for support ?
Thank you for taking the time to give us your review. The carrack is compatible with Volkswagen Vento. You can carry the bike without removing the front wheel. Do let me know if you have any other questions. I remain available.
I spent the best part of 2 hours fitting this to my car. Imagine my disappointment and frustration when I found that the Btwin Rockmaster 500 won't fit over the bars!! Surely it would be an idea to sell products that are compatible with your other products. I shall be returning this for a refund.
I'm sorry to read that the rack does not fit your bike. This has not been fed back to us before for this model. You can resolve this by loosening and adjusting the clamps which secure the bike to the rack. You can then fit one clamp under the down or top tube by the headset and then the other can be angled at 90 degrees and clamp onto the seat tube (not seat post). This works fine and holds the bike securely in place. Same technique for small frame bikes or kids bikes for example.
Give this a go before returning it. If no joy, then of course bring it back.

Really impressed with these. Half the price of a similar model at Halfords. Good clear instructions. Went round Scotland on a camping trip, with three bikes, lots of bumpy, hilly roads, cattle grids, passing places etc. Bikes didn’t budge an inch. Not a mark on the car after removal either. Can’t wait to go again. Brilliant!
