Having developed tendinitis the sadistic Physio recommended I get a lighter Kettle bell with a wide handle to help with a loose grip so you chase the weight to strengthen the aforementioned tendons. This does the job superbly .
Being a mother and career driven woman, I hardly get any time to workout at the gym. But I had always been passionate about running and was looking out for something that would help me with it. As goes the adage, "Where there's a will, there's a way" and that's when I met Kettlebell !!
With guidance from my sports coach, I trained regularly and can now see the benefits. Not only have I increased my running distance from 3 to 5 kms but also have tightened my loose muscles. My overall fitness has increased and I feel energetic throughout the day.
