Solid rack
Used for 1 week or less
Needs assembly but one done is very solid.
Hard to find a rack for a 20" wheel bike and this was a good price
Looks great on folding bike
Used for 1 week or less
The pannier was quite easy to fit onto my BMW Mini folding bike. The black colour matches very well. There are no issues when folding the bike down. It came with Allen key and spanner- so no more tools required. Fitted in around 15 minutes
No compatible with Tilt 500 bike out of box
Used for 1 week or less
Ordered online (and delivered in store) at same time as a Tilt 500 bike. Asked store to attach it - they discovered it that the "arms" that attach the frame near the seat stem have the holes 90 degrees out from frames holes so it needs an adaptor to attach which the neither kit nor store have. Was pointed at the heavier, more expensive rack which I will have to order and wait for.
Response of the brand
Indeed the rack you purchased is not compatible with your model. This is the rack which is compatible with the Tilt 500 and 900 folding bikes: https://www.decathlon.co.uk/tilt-folding-bike-rear-pannier-rack-20-id_8328464.html
I will modify the wording on the product page to make it clearer for future customers.
