The benefits of a cross trainer
Cross trainers are very effective: they allow you to do cardio training as well as full-body toning in complete safety.A cross trainer combines the pedalling motion of an exercise bike, the climbing movement of a stepper, and the arm movements of cross-country skiing.Furthermore, it reproduces the motion of running without the impact on joints!
3
FLYWHEEL AND PEDALLING PERFORMANCE

The heavier the flywheel, the smoother the pedalling and the more enjoyable your workout will be.This cross trainer also features an adjustable incline of up to 20° to make your workout even more effective.Wide, comfortable pedals to make working out more enjoyable
