The rear fork is designed to be *above* the chain and front derailleur. This means that it's completely impossible to access the screws to adjust high and low points of the front derailleur. Case in point, on the bike I got the chain was getting completely stuck. Even in the store they told me this is crazy, when they realised. The question is: how did they not realise before?
Thank you for your feedback about the front mech on this bike. I will forward it on to the design team at Rockrider bikes.

Bought two of these for myself and my am for a camping holiday so far they have been excellent. Smoot gears excellent ride highly recommend these fantastic bikes
I love this bike, although I've only had it for a month or two now, it's awesome for the kind of stuff I do, but it does have it's ups and downs.
It's a brilliant bike for road use, for small mountain climbing and, obviously, very good at absorbing impacts and taking the shock from dips and bumps in trails from it's full suspension. It's got pretty much what you'd want out of a standard mountain bike, except, when it doesn't perform as it should.
I'm not sure if this is to do with this specific model of bike or just mine, but I've noticed that when adjusting the left trigger gear (pedal) to go from 2 to 3, the derailleur seems to get the chain stuck in it, to the point where it's either stuck on two and I need to manually pull the chain up to 3 in a stop, or it comes completely off and gets stuck round the crank shaft for the pedals. This is a hassle and it could probably get fixed if the derailleur gets tuned and positioned a little better to counteract this.
Another thing is to do with what it says on the website about this bike. In the accessories section, it states that it's compatible with a kick stand. *looks around*.. I don't see no kick stand that compatible with my bike. I even went in store to ask a member of staff to show me which kickstand I need, only to come home and find out that it's not the right one. Even showing him which bike it was specifically. Even to the point of mentioning that it's a full suspension bike.
I don't mean to be taking digs at Decathlon for this, but I do hope that I could be pointed in the right direction on to where to get the correct, compatible accessories for this.
Overall though, I highly recommend this bike. It's great for everyday use and the occasional small mountain bike trail.
My first bike in 16-17 years and I love it, really can't fault it for the price.
My only problem was with the assembly by the shop worker, handle bars were way off from being straight, the brakes are none existent, not all the gears work and that there's scratches on it as well as a big rip/scratch through one of the stickers on the front end.
Disappointing as I would expect marks and scratches on a used bike, not a brand new one.
And as I was told by the worker that she has to assemble it before it leaves the store so she can check everything over like all the gears working it's disappointing when they don't.
I bought this bike last month . Good to ride . But Since last one month i have checked everywhere , No KickStand available. This looks weird infact its not availalble on Decathalon store ?
Had bike for about 6 months now not satisfied with the derailiur hanger has snapped 4 times due to bending and snapping this is called a mountain bike if it cant go on trails without snapping then it should not be called a mountain bike
I'm sorry to read that the rear mech hanger has snapped off a few times. The hanger is made of soft alloy and is designed to snap is the bike is involved in a crash or a big fall. A rear hanger is considerably cheaper to replace than a damaged rear mech. However, if the hanger is snapping in normal riding conditions there is an issue afoot and if this is the case, please contact yoru local decathlon workshop who will be more than happy to assist. This is a sport trail MTB but not a model designed for jumping or extreme riding leading to a greater risk or crashing.

I have had no problems with this bike and it is absolutely worth it for the money
Due to the adjustable suspension, the ride is very comfortable. The quality of product is unmatched at this price point. The gear change is accurate and smooth.
i love to ride bicycle from childhood...as a working professional it has been deviated from the past 4 years...but now i purchased RR 520s and i goes to take ride bicycle weekly 4 times (min 1 to 2 hours of time).
RR 520s is superb to ride in harsh terrain and very comfortable. my friend has RR 520 i tried it to.
the good part of the RR 520s is great suspension and handling and comfort of ride.
The product may be upgraded like
1. hydraulic disk brake instead of mechanical
2. hydraulic rear suspension
It gives RR 520s a big boost....Decathlon UK has RR 520s with above features but why not in India any inputs please....!!!
Bought to replace heavy mtb for 13yr old son. It has reignited his enthusiasm for cycling and uses it daily. Great alround bike that is easy to handle and great value for money.
