How to use the Ab Wheel
To avoid risk of injury, take care to contract your abs and not arch your back during the entire exercise.
If you're just getting started with the AbWheel, don't try to push yourself too far forward. As you improve, you can increase your range of movement or the number of reps. The AbWheel is not recommended for those with back problems or who are not used to working out their abs.
Supplements your workouts
This ab workout wheel is for advanced users; however, it can be made easier to use by using a training band between the wheels in stable mode. Place one end of the band between the wheels and the other end behind one of your legs. You'll notice that the exercise is much simpler while still being very effective.
