Thanks for your feedback on Arpenaz 100 Men waterproof hiking shoes. I am sorry to hear that our shoe did not meet your expectations.
Just to give you an insight, this product is our basic waterproof shoe designed to withstand 2 hours walking in the light rain.
The promise breaks when water seeps in from the top side of the shoe near your ankle.
It could be great if you let me know your usage so that I can suggest you with the right product.
Your satisfaction is our prime motive, so I would request you to bring back this shoe to any Decathlon Store nearby and get it exchanged or refunded.
I stay available for any further queries related to products or services.
The quality of the product is excellent and especially the grip is 100% good, all weather we can wear it.
A very comfortable pair of shoes. Feet feel like they're ensconced in cotton wool, while walking on clouds. Terrific pair, worth every paisa. One observation - I wish the laces were rounded instead of being flat. Though the flat ones look cool, the rounded ones would have been more functional. Thanks, Decathalon!
The shoes were very comfortable to wear.
I have been looking for the perfect walking trainers and these are the ones.waterproof hardwearing soles and a good fit thank you.and a very good price.
Recommended by my friend who was working in Decathlon Bangalore..
About the product:
Very comfortable, especially for roads in Mumbai.
Will recommend to all my friends...
excellent shoe. the grips on both wet and dry surfaces is equally good.
comfortable and light, the grip is not up to the expectations
Needed a new pair of shoes for walking the dog in wet grass and mud so got the cheapest pair i could find at Decathalon that looked good.
Wear a UK 11 so got the size 46 and they fitted perfectly , bit uncomfortable on the achilles to start with but loosening the laces a bit sorted that out.
Had them now over 6 months and dont bother undoing the laces just slip my feet into them (i know but so far no damage to the heel) .
Water-resistant in wet grass and rain and mud proof upto the laces.
Easy to clean , a hose down with a hosepipe or a quick wipe with a cloth (who am i kidding , have not washed them in 6 months just let the rain do its job).
Breathability is good for a few hours but after several hours had sweaty socks.
Tread is good on paths/grass/mud but not on ice , not much sign of wear so will probably get a couple of years out of them.
Used them up a few Munros with no problem but nothing technical.
All in all well worth getting for less than £20 , even if they only lasted a year i would be happy , infact will probably just get a new pair after a year anyway.
