Technical Information

Usage temperature:
We display the "comfort temperatures" on all our sleeping bags, tested by an independent laboratory (AITEX) in compliance with European standard EN 13537 from 11/04/2002. The "comfort temperature" is the lower comfort limit at which a user in relaxed position is in thermal balance and is not hot or cold (determined for an average woman and in normal conditions of use). CHOOSE YOUR SLEEPING BAG BASED ON THIS
What is the comfort limit temperature?
Comfort temperature limit: limit temperature at which the user of the sleeping bag in curled position enjoys global thermal equilibrium and feels neither cold nor hot (determined for a standard man and under normal conditions of use).
However, what you need to know about temperatures:
A sleeping bag does not produce heat but retains the heat produced by the body. If you are tired and cold and you slip inside a cold, damp sleeping bag, you will most likely feel cold no matter how good your sleeping bag! These temperatures depend on a person's ability to withstand cold (build, fatigue, etc.), their equipment (insulating mattress, etc.), the way they are dressed (if they are naked, wearing underwear, etc.), and weather conditions (damp, wind, etc.).
A few tips before you get into your sleeping bag:
Dress simply (1 layer of clothing is enough). Warm up your head, hands and feet: use hats, gloves, socks, bed warmers, rubbing, etc. A flask filled with hot water can be used as a foot or bed warmer (so long as there's no chance of it opening by accident!). Contract your muscles (70% of the energy you consume is transformed into heat) without making movements that could cause a draught. To wash your sleeping bag less, we recommend using a sleeping bag liner (ref: 8382711).
Inner and outer fabric: 100% polyester. Filling: 100% polyester wadding 220 g/m².
A score to compare products' environmental impact
The product's environmental impacts are calculated over its entire lifecycle using various indicators. An overall ABCDE rating is provided to help you easily identify products with the best environmental performance by comparing products of the same type (T-shirts, trousers, backpacks...). Decathlon is a voluntary player in this environmental information approach. For more info:

Product test
This sleeping bag is guaranteed for a period of 5 years from the date of sale indicated on the receipt. The product covered by the guarantee will be repaired or exchanged free of charge. The guarantee covers defects to your sleeping bag apart from those resulting from normal wear and tear and those resulting from abnormal conditions of use. This special 5-year guarantee will only be honoured upon presentation of the product and the receipt.

Stockage tips
Easily store away your sleeping bag, tucking it into its bag, feet first. To maintain its volume, which is necessary for its thermal performance, remove its cover and store it in a dry place.

Maintenance tips
Wash your sleeping bag separately from other clothes or delicate colours, use 1/3 of a dose of washing powder, and select a synthetic cycle at 30°C. Stretch the sleeping bag out to dry in a dry, well-ventilated place out of the sun and away from heat sources or tumble dry low. Tip: a sleeping bag liner means longer between washes, which retains its thermal performance.

I actually like this sleeping bag a lot. I am not keen sleeping zipped up, like to have space for my legs, but with this one I felt I have just enough of that comfort I need. I'm not sure if it was me only, but I felt bit cold on the night that was colder. Needed extra blanket to cover. This is why I'm marking it one star down. Otherwise it is really nice material and would be 5 star.
Material quality, feel of material, space inside
But cold on fresh nights.
