Great Paddle Board, I have used it for sup surfing and travel down rivers. Comparable to the REd boards which cost twice the amount.
Also bought the pump which was great for 6 months but the seal on the pump has broken.
Why sell a paddle board with out a paddle!!!!!
I would never have bought it had I known I would have to buy the paddle and pump separately.
I was a bit worried at price once you add it all together but the whole family have used it ,so easy to blow up and let down ..have had great fun on the mar menor ..
Easy to put up and pack away. Used by all the family
After weeks of reviewing my options of getting in to SUP I settled on this board. My first attraction was the price!! and though "it wont be great at such a low price". But it is. I had a few lessons on a RED board and this feels as rigid, and a little more buoyant than the red and less than half the price!
It is wider and longer than most boards but perfect for the beginner or for 1.5 people. Or 1+ DOG!
Its easy to get it back in the bag which was unexpected! Easy to carry, but I wouldn't want to carry it for miles!
The only issue I think is the fin is a bit cheap.
And the instructions are non existent. and they are essential for the beginner. The videos help, and there is always you tube. but a simple a4 sheet of instructions/contents would help.
This is super stable board and therefore perfect for the heavier paddle boarder and/or family type of paddle boarding. It is an all rounder and quite bulky, and therefore not the fastest, but if, like me, all you are looking for a board to paddle around in confidence, this is good.
Of the water, the bag is very practical, the board light enough, so no problem to carry around, similar feel as trekking with a big rucksack.
No issue with fin, although maybe the instructions are a bit on the minimalistic side...
A great purchase for our half term week away in Cornwall. All of us (my, my wife and 2 daughter - 5 and 9) got good use out of it in different ways and in a variety of conditions. None of us has SUPed before, and we found this board quick to setup and easy to get the hang of and start having fun.
Great fun hacking a long on windy days - a real workout. And when the sea was dead calm in the evenings it was just lovely gliding around the bay.
My 9 year old was able to cruise around the bay by her self, or along the coast with my next to her on a kayak. But both kids loved touring along the coast sat on the front whilst I paddled along.
I love wave riding on my longboard, but rarely get the chance these days and so tend to be unfit when I do. To my suprise, this SUP worked well enough in 1 foot sloppy wind waves and 2-3 foot super clean offshore surf at Watergate Bay. Not quite the glide or speed of my longboard, but worked well enough, turned OK and got along the wave fine.
Really great addition to our family holiday. And looking forward to taking it down to the local river after work in the light summer evenings.
I can see that in time I might want to get a rigid board more optimised to either touring or wave riding, but this is a great way to get started and I think will get many years of use. The inflatable board is very forgiving and no-one gets hurt falling off and fits in the car if we have roofbox or Kayak on the roof. So really glad I started with this.
We bought two of these as we have hired them whilst on holiday every year and thought we'd buy our own. They are super! Very compact when deflated but rigid when inflated. We have been using them now for a few weeks, they're great fun for all ages and well worth the price.
Would you buy a car without wheels? Would you buy a car without a petrol filler cap so you couldn't fuel it? Well this paddleboard doesn't come with a paddle and it doesn't even come with a pump. They did last year when they were under the Tribord brand, but even though they are the same board, they have re-branded and decided to sell the pump and paddle as extras. It stinks a bit. They absolutely should be included. Every other single paddleboard maker includes a pump and a paddle. You even get the option to upgrade the cheap paddle to a better one. But they always come with them.
You will notice that the pictures mislead you in to assuming that the paddle and pump are included. So be aware, they aren't.
Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you are disappointed with our 10'7 Inflatable SUP board offer / package.
Our new brand (called Itiwit) decided to sell in 2017 all inflatable SUP boards without pumps. This decision is based on customers feedback and technical issue with 2016 pump model. Thanks to this decision customers will have option to create own package and it will be easier to replace any faulty components. Potentially some customers may buy few boards for their family and they not always need the same number of pumps. Easy way to save money.
In terms misleading non of the Tribord/Itiwit inflatable SUP board were sold with paddles in 2016 as part of the package. As you can see on the main picture all parts are highlighted - board, bag, fin and leash.
In terms of the offer in 2016 price for 10'7 SUP board was £399.99 (included pump). This year we decided to sell improved version of the same board (without pump) for £329.99. Thanks to this decision customer have extra £70 to invest in better quality (replaceable) pump (from £24.99), adjustable paddle (from £29.99) and have still money left for SUP clothing or buoyancy aid. As we can see for less than £400 (price from 2016) customers have full choice to created bigger and better value SUP package, where each component can be easily replaced for new one.
I hope we were able to clearly explain our SUP offer. If you still feel unsatisfied with your product or the way how the offer has been created, please do not hesitate to return your board to the nearest store or via online procedure. Satisfied or satisfied it is our policy and we will be happy to give you full refund or exchange your board for different product.
Once again apologies for any inconvenience caused.
