₹ 399 Décathlon
Was advised to get a size 6 Basketball for my 11 year old child. She's been using it for a month and its in good shape. The colour is a pretty shade of green.
Good basketball for juniors, has a good grip and very durable. I use them for coaching, and would reccomend them.
playing for long time
It may be good for your personal practice but not for a game.
Bought it recently and I can say that its best in that price range. Bought it for kid.
These balls are amazing!
I’ve started using these ranther Nike, bought this one for my son and I use the B300 both for outdoor use.
Hex dimples give amazing grin and brilliant feel once used for an hour or 2. Can’t believe the quality for the price, I actually bought another one of each and my son and I love them. Wouldn’t go back to Nike as the quality and price are both very poor compared to this.
Superb, value for money
The ball was of such poor quality it tore thw very first day my son went out to play
Hello Mr. Pawan
Thank you for sharing with us. I am extremely sorry for your experience. We take great care to ensure our products meet the usage as well as the longevity that the sport requires. It is highly unusual for the ball to tear on the first usage. The possible reasons are
- Manufacturing defect
- Surface conditions
Assuming the surface conditions are a normal basketball court, i believe this could be a one off manufacturing defect. However I would love to understand your usage better (to check if it is something specific). I encourage you to visit the nearest store and exchange the product in case of a manufacturing defect. If you believe that your basketball court is more abrasive than normal, you may also like our 'Magic Jam' series that boast of extremely high durability as well as puncture resistance (Link here - https://www.decathlon.in/p/8338309_tarmak-basketball-puncture-proof-s7.html#/1710-120-7)
I look forward to hearing from you on your experience with the new ball you choose. Thank you for helping us get better!

Really bouncy, but doesn’t always go through the hoop. Not sure where I’m going wrong?
