Once your order is in the hands of India Post, it's on its way and can't be cancelled in transit. But don't worry, you still have easy return options!
Here's what to do:
1. Please accept the delivery when it arrives.
2. Contact us to start a return.
- If your pincode is serviceable for reverse pickup: We'll arrange to have it collected from you.
- If your area isn't serviceable: We'll ask you to kindly courier it back to us. And don't worry, we will absolutely refund your courier charges! Just send us a copy of the courier bill, and we'll get that processed along with your main refund.
