How to cancel my order?


To initiate the cancellation of your order, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Locate the "Cancellation" option next to your order ID.
  3. Select the cancellation option and specify the reason for cancellation.
  4. Receive a confirmation email once the cancellation is initiated.

If your order has already been dispatched from our warehouse, please contact us at [email protected], and our teams will assist you in cancelling the order.

For orders already delivered, kindly raise a return request by referring to the Return FAQ - CLICK HERE

For Reserve and Collect/Click and Collect orders marked as "Ready to collect," contact the store with your order ID to initiate the cancellation. Find your nearest store - CLICK HERE

WHAT NEXT? After the cancellation request, you will receive a confirmation email, and your refund will be initiated within 48-72 hours.

WHEN DO I GET MY REFUND? The refund will take approximately 10 days to reflect in your account. If not received within 10 days, check your transaction history with the same payment method used for the order (Debit card, credit card, UPI).
