How can I initiate a return of a "RESERVE AND COLLECT" order?


Visit your nearest Decathlon store with the products you wish to return and provide the order ID to one of our representatives. They will carefully verify your return and initiate the refund process, typically reflected in your account within 5-6 days. Please note that perishable goods, hygiene products, and safety equipment are exceptions and cannot be returned.
