What if pickup isn't available in my area?

Decathlon will attempt to arrange a pickup through its logistics partners. However, pickup may not be available in all locations. In such cases, you will be required to self-ship the product to our warehouse. After dispatching the product, the courier receipt and tracking details must be shared with us at [email protected].

Self-Shipping Guidelines:

  • Customers are responsible for safe packaging and shipment of the product.

  • Decathlon is not liable for any loss or damage during transit.

  • Return shipping cost will be reimbursed up to ₹200. Any amount above this must be borne by the customer.

  • The product must be in original condition with all MRP stickers intact. 

Quality Check & Refunds:

  • All returns are subject to a quality check at our warehouse.

  • Refunds will be processed only after successful quality verification.
