TREKKING BACKPACKS AND RUCKSACKS
Buy Rucksacks, Backpacks 50+ Litres:
Rucksacks, also known as backpacks or knapsacks, are versatile and practical bags designed to be carried on one's back. Travelers, hikers, students, and adventurers have used them for centuries.
A big adventure calls for a big rucksack, and 60+ liter rucksacks are amongst the largest available. A 60-litre backpack is perfect for backpacking, camping, or for expeditions. Large backpacks have a padded hip belt and chunky shoulder straps for comfort and to help distribute a heavy load. You'll benefit from a large main compartment and lots of internal and external pockets for storing all your gear. Many large backpacks also often have external straps and buckles so you can strap a tent or a sleeping bag to the outside of your bag.
How to pack a backpack?
Put your bedding at the bottom. Put heavy gear (tent, camp stove, food) near your back. Store your clothing around it. A groundsheet or tent can be placed under the flap or under the bag if there isn't room inside. Keep your waterproof jacket and fleece to hand. Place small items for daily use (sun cream, map, glasses, etc.) in the pockets. The water bladder can be placed in the compartment provided down the back.
Recommend carry weight
According to the project for which this backpack was designed, we recommend you don’t load it above 12 kg. Then you can benefit from all its features. Moreover, it’s not recommended to carry a load greater than 20% of your own weight and put too much pressure on your back.
How to adjust your backpack?
Step 1 - Begin by adjusting the waist belt. The bag's weight should sit mainly on your hips.
Step 2 - Then tighten the shoulder straps to bring the bag's weight towards your back.
Step 3 - Attach and tighten the chest strap then tighten the smaller straps above the shoulders so that the back sits perfectly on your back.
Suitcase-style wide opening.
A big internal compartment in the bottom of the bag (for shoes or laundry for example).
A mesh pocket on the inside and on each side of the main compartment.
A zipped pocket in the belt (ideal for keeping your phone close at hand).
Water bladder compartment on the back (can also be used as a computer pocket).

1. Design and Construction: Rucksacks typically feature a large main compartment for storing belongings, often with additional smaller compartments, pockets, and pouches for organizing items. They are usually made from durable materials like nylon, polyester, canvas, or leather, with reinforced stitching and sturdy zippers or closures to withstand the rigors of daily use or outdoor adventures.
2. Comfortable to Carry: One of the primary benefits of rucksacks is their ergonomic design, which distributes the weight evenly across the wearer's shoulders and back. This helps to reduce strain and discomfort, especially when carrying heavy loads for extended periods. Many modern rucksacks also feature padded shoulder straps, adjustable sternum straps, and padded back panels for added comfort and support.
3. Hands-Free Convenience: Unlike traditional shoulder bags or tote bags, rucksacks leave the wearer's hands free, allowing for greater mobility and flexibility. This makes them ideal for activities like hiking, cycling, or commuting, where it's important to have both hands available.
4. Versatility: Rucksacks come in a variety of sizes and styles to suit different needs and preferences. From compact daypacks for everyday use to large expedition packs for extended outdoor adventures, there's a rucksack for every occasion. Some models also feature specialized compartments for laptops, tablets, water bottles, and other gadgets, making them perfect for students or professionals.
5. Weather Resistance: Many rucksacks are designed to be weather-resistant or even waterproof, with features like water-resistant fabrics, sealed seams, and water-repellent coatings to keep belongings dry and protected from the elements. This makes them ideal for outdoor activities in all kinds of weather conditions.
6. Durability and Longevity: A well-made rucksack can last for years, even with regular use. Quality materials and construction ensure that rucksacks can withstand rough handling, frequent travel, and outdoor adventures without falling apart or showing signs of wear and tear.
7. Organization and Accessibility: Rucksacks are designed for efficient organization, with multiple compartments and pockets for storing and accessing belongings easily. This makes it simple to keep essentials like keys, wallets, phones, and snacks within reach without having to rummage through the entire bag.
