The rubber side grips the mat so you won't slip during your practice.
A microfibre side to absorb perspiration for maximum grip.
Machine washable at 30°C.Dry flat. Do not use fabric softener.
Printed centre line to help with alignment.
Fold it or roll it to take it anywhere.
