What happens if I notice damage or a missing part during unboxing?

  • Cosmetic Issues (Scratches/Dents): If it’s just a visual blemish that doesn't affect usage, we’d love to offer you membership points or discount vouchers as a gesture of goodwill!
  • Functional Issues (Defects/Broken Console): If the machine has a defect, we will check for spare parts immediately (these usually take 5–7 business days to reach the store). If a spare part cannot resolve the issue, we will arrange a full pickup and replacement of your unit.
